Join a dynamic team as an Infrastructure Project Manager, where you'll lead and coordinate exciting IT and business initiatives. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact by driving successful delivery of joint IT and business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee resource allocation to balance workloads and ensure effective task completion.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while managing organizational change effectively.
  • Build collaborative partnerships to enhance organizational performance.

Skills

  • Some cloud knowledge would be helpful, but they would be more supporting these areas:  observability, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, cyber-resilience, ITSM (not as much need for this, but some knowledge wouldn't hurt)
  • Strong ability to think critically and manage risks proactively.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing IT and business projects with technology-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Proven track record of managing program forecasts and financials.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the pharmacy benefit management or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and IT service management.
