Job Title: Digital Engineer Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to HDQ (Vienna), WOC (Winchester), SDO(San Diego), GPO(Pensacola) and open to fully remote.

Description
The Digital Engineer - Voice Testing designs, executes, and automates testing processes to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of voice channel technologies and applications.
1. Expertise in voice technologies (e.g., IVR systems, speech recognition, voice assistants, and AI-driven voice solutions)
2. Proficiency with voice testing tools
3. Experience in both manual and automated voice testing, including functionality, performance, and load testing for voice systems
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Candidate should have several years of experience to get little direction or training--they should understand how to manage the work based on their experience.
Skills
Ability to listen to calls, review reports, and analyze data to identify areas in Natural Language Processing (conversational banking) that need to be tuned and update the tuning engine. Individual should have the knowledge and be able to implement changes to the tuning engine after identifying in grammar and out of grammar sets or understanding why the recordings were not transcribed correctly. Would prefer the individual have skills for understanding how AudioCodes and Microsoft TTS/STT communicate with each other, and the tools associated with researching unrecognized speech or false positives to then make proper adjustments to the tuning engine.

1) must have in depth knowledge and work experience of how to complete speech tuning in a voice recognition application.
2) must have understanding of what to look for in data analysis and recordings to determine best approach for improved recognition
3) must be an audio engineer or specialist to be able to make the recommendations to vendor on what needs to be tuned
4) Needs to understand how to create custom speech and have working knowledge of Microsoft Speech Studio, Microsoft STT/TTS solutions, and preferably knowledge of AudioCodes portal or tuning process.
