Job Title: Medicare Project Manager

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Medicare Project Manager to join our client and lead large-scale healthcare initiatives that impact enterprise operations. This role will focus on driving complex projects to completion, ensuring compliance with Medicare standards, and managing budgets for high-priority programs. The position is hybrid (onsite Tuesday–Thursday) and offered as a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Compensation:
$65.56 per hour

Work Schedule:
Tuesday–Thursday onsite, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Medicare Project Manager:

  • Lead weekly project meetings and ensure timely delivery of all milestones
  • Manage and forecast project budgets up to $100M+
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource assignments, and quality reviews
  • Coordinate communication across enterprise teams to manage scope, risk, and resources
  • Oversee risk management plans and escalate issues to leadership as needed

Qualifications and Skills for the Medicare Project Manager:

  • 7+ years of experience managing technical and business-focused projects
  • Strong Medicare expertise and experience with system migrations
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; college degree required
