About the Role

Avanciers are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Microservices, and BPM to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with modern cloud-native architectures, authentication/authorization frameworks, and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement solutions using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), microservice architecture, and micro front-end patterns.
  • Define and oversee application architecture leveraging React, Redux, Axios, and composable micro front-end patterns.
  • Lead BPM solutions using Camunda, ensuring smooth orchestration of complex workflows.
  • Design and optimize data persistence solutions with Postgres and Cosmos DB.
  • Implement fine-grained authentication and authorization across UI, services, and data layers using Open Policy Agents.
  • Integrate event-driven and messaging systems using Kafka and Azure Service Bus.
  • Establish robust monitoring and observability practices with Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
  • Apply microservice patterns (Sidecar, SAGA, etc.) and Istio service mesh for resilience, reliability, and scalability.
  • Drive engineering best practices such as test-driven development (TDD) and local testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business requirements and delivery goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead in cloud-native environments.
  • Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Hands-on development background with Java, .NET, and React.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices, micro front-end design, and BPM frameworks (Camunda preferred).
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security policies in distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with state management, monitoring, and observability tools.
  • Experience implementing integration solutions using messaging frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise-scale architectures and high-availability systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
