Baer is looking for Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect for a 4 months Federal Remote Project.
Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 4 months with possible extension
Rate: All-Inclusive

Description:
- Lead and support mock data conversion and validation activities.
- Track and coordinate data cleansing and validation efforts against project plans.
- Resolve cross-functional issues related to data conversion.
- Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using HCM Extracts, BIP, REST & SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas for Compensation modules.
- Create reports using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts.
- Develop complex queries for advanced reporting requirements.
- Enhance user experience using Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Page Composer, including building extensions.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment planning across all technical workstreams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and Oracle APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Page Composer.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud conversions, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration.
- Understanding end to end business process and downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree
