Job Title: Program Operations Manager
Location: Kirkland, WA (Hybrid, PST)
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Job Description
Google is seeking a Program Manager (Operations-focused) to support the Android Security & Google Devices Security team during a maternity backfill. This role focuses on ticket management, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of security and compliance workflows.
Responsibilities
- Triage and manage tickets using internal workflow tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Track SLAs, deliverables, and operational progress
- Support device launch readiness through operational oversight
- Communicate status updates clearly and consistently
Requirements
- 3 5 years of Program Management / Program Ops experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working in tech environments
- Comfortable in a non-technical, ops-heavy role
- PST availability required
Preferred Qualifications
- Ex-Google experience
- Background in cybersecurity ops, compliance, or product support
- Familiarity with ticketing or workflow management tools
