Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Test Associate for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be ten months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Purpose of the Team: The team manages multiple product lines, focusing on a hybrid service that synchronizes files to a cloud storage platform.

  • Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: The role includes daily scrum meetings (about 30 minutes) to discuss progress and challenges, followed by assigned daily activities. Progress is tracked against a monthly plan broken down into daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience Required: 10 years.
  • Degrees or Certifications Required: None required.
  • Best vs. Average: The best candidates have direct experience with cloud synchronization services.
  • Performance Indicators: Success is measured by meeting daily KPIs, consistent progress reporting, and demonstrating a learning and creative mindset.
  • Testing Background: Minimum 10 years.
  • Server and Cloud Technologies: Minimum 10 years.
  • Scripting Experience: Minimum 10 years (any scripting language, not limited to PowerShell).
