Role Summary:

Facilities Management or Real Estate Management teams of large organizations

The Managing Director will lead and oversee high-profile, cross-functional project, ensuring successful delivery in areas such as vendor management, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, driving strategic initiative, and ensuring operational excellence across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead high profile projects with a focus on, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement company policies.
Create and deliver executive level analytics and ad-hoc reports to support decision making.
Identify errors and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with vendors.
Oversee diversity supplier management and conduct performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record in managing large scale operations in Real estate and facilities management space.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial aspects of facilities management.
