Location & Work Arrangement

  • City, State: Atlanta, Georgia
  • Work Arrangement: Mostly Remote (Hybrid requirement).
  • Contract: This is a Contract position.
  • Onsite Requirement: First day is mandatory onsite for onboarding and equipment pickup. Onsite presence is required thereafter on an on-demand basis for operational needs.
  • Preference: Strong preference will be given to candidates with full-time residency in the Atlanta Metro area / State of Georgia.
  • Mode of Interview: Webcam Interview Only.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

WebEOC System Administration

  • Administration & Maintenance: Administer and maintain Juvare WebEOC V10 for system stability and daily emergency operations.
  • Migration Support: Actively support the planning, testing, and implementation efforts related to the future upgrade and migration to Juvare WebEOC NexUs.
  • Access Control: Manage users, positions, roles, permissions, and overall access provisioning within the EOC platform.
  • Configuration: Configure and maintain essential EOC components including incidents, system processes, notifications, plug-ins, and general system settings.
  • Board Development: Develop, update, and troubleshoot boards, including code adjustments and design enhancements.
  • Release Management: Manage the movement of boards and system configurations between environments through imports/exports.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of configuration changes, system updates, and operating procedures.

Technical Integration & Development

  • GIS Integration: Configure and support GIS integrations for both cloud and on-premises WebEOC environments.
  • Geospatial Tools: Utilize the ArcGIS API to integrate mapping services, geospatial layers, and situational awareness tools.
  • Web Development: Apply technical expertise in software development to troubleshoot and enhance the web-based EOC application.

Direct experience with Juvare WebEOC V10 and familiarity with WebEOC NexUs is highly desirable.

Software Development

7 Years (Required)

General software development background.

.NET Development

5 Years (Required)

Experience with .NET software development.

Web Scripting

5 Years (Required)

Proficiency in JavaScript.

Web Ops

5 Years (Required)

Experience with Web Based Application Deployments and Debugging.

GIS Integration

2 Years (Required)

Experience with ARC GIS / Application Integration and using the ArcGIS API.

Version Control

2 Years (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with GIT and TFS.
