Not to jumpy profile target with in 10 to 15 years and there should not be more than 3 to 4 projects between this so find a good stable and tenured profile
Need a Mid-Level Data Architect, with very strong SQL and with an exposure of Terabytes of Data (Big Data).
Python would be standard along with AWS experience.
Financial Background.
Exp Level- 10-15 Yrs.
V strong on SQL. Analyse the whole schema.
Get on the old system- for Analysis Interview
Get data from RDS and S3, python standard across the Das.
Terabytes of data. Structured and unstructured data.
Financial background will help.
Need people from product, from scratch preference.
Analytical side.

Job Description

Technical Skills:
Very strong SQL knowledge is required. This will be tested during the interview. The standard for complex SQL capability is similar to a previous role.
Ability to do analysis and perform deep dives into data.
Experience analyzing data from various sources including old systems, schema or tables, and S3 objects.
Experience using AWS is beneficial as it's used quite a lot.
Should have used some kind of UI tool for data analysis.
Experience with big data, potentially dealing with large volumes of data, is considered beneficial given the scale of data involved.

Soft Skills and Other Attributes:
These are considered a very important aspect.
Ability to gather requirements.
Ability to articulate solutions.
Good communication skills are really, really important.
Ability to act as a glue between business and engineering teams, and coordinate with other engineering teams (like the data store and experimentation teams).
Must be able to get the holistic picture of how the solution impacts the end-to-end process and make the right decisions.
Ability to clearly articulate why certain decisions are being made and help the team understand.
Should bring in-depth experience and try to solve things in a quicker, newer fashion.
Ability to think out of the box from a solutioning perspective.
Help with process improvement.
Need to have a good relationship with multiple stakeholders.
Must be able to handle a lot of requests from multiple stakeholders.
Should be able to articulate answers really well if there are questions related to certain solutions or decisions.

Preferred/Optional Qualifications:
Experience with Python is not required, but if a candidate has it, it's an additional plus.
Experience with any visualization and business analytic tools is acceptable; there is no specific preference.
A financial background or experience with financial data/regulatory background will be a plus. However, having great product experience and being open-minded is also valued.

Other Details:
The role is for a long-term project.
The position is specific to the Rockville location. It is a hybrid model, and everyone is expected to be in the office on certain days of the week.
The goal is to find a quality candidate to minimize disruption to the busy project team.
