Looking for a Business Analyst for SailPoint
Location: Plano, Texas, United States
Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in SailPoint, particularly in Lifecycle Management using IIQ/ISC or similar tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), and be adept at working within Agile frameworks using tools like Jira. This role involves gathering requirements and optimizing business processes to support SailPoint initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and optimize IAM processes, particularly around SailPoint Lifecycle Management.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of IAM solutions.
- Utilize Jira to manage Agile workflows and track project progress.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of SailPoint configurations and enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ/ISC or similar IAM tools.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in business process analysis and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-scale IAM implementations.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to IAM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
