We're looking for a Principal Technical Consultant - ServiceNow who will serve as a subject matter expert and hands-on technical lead in customer implementations of ServiceNow-based solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and process design standards.
- Estimate, design, implement, and support high-quality technical solutions for customer environments.
- Manage multiple client engagements post-implementation.
- Maintain and contribute to technical best practices, standards, and internal process improvements.
- Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, and deliver real value to customers.
- Record time accurately and maintain an updated activity calendar.
- Collaborate across teams and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years working with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow CSA certification + 5 CIS certifications (current or obtained within 6 months).
- ITIL certification required.
- Strong understanding of technologies like LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and web services integrations.
- Experience leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions using Scrum methodology.
- Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, etc.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable being on camera during remote meetings.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
