Lead HR/Payroll Systems Architect (UKG Specialist)

Join a premier technology services team dedicated to delivering high-impact business and technology integration solutions. This contract role focuses on supporting complex implementations of a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, specifically within the payroll module. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical configuration, ensuring successful deployment from initial discovery through go-live. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned architect to leverage their deep UKG Ready expertise in a fast-paced, high-stakes project environment.

Lead and facilitate discovery sessions to capture detailed business and system requirements.

Drive and document key configuration and design decisions for the payroll platform.

Provide critical inputs for both test planning and overall deployment strategy.

Utilize standard project methodologies, such as waterfall, throughout the project lifecycle.

Extensive, hands-on experience with the UKG Ready platform, especially payroll implementation support.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into system design and configuration across major UKG platforms (Ready, Pro, or Dimensions).

Must be available to work on-site in the Atlanta, GA area.
