Job Details

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with ForgeRock Access Management, Directory Services, Identity Management, and Identity Gateway.

Skills Required:

  • ForgeRock Platform: In-depth, hands-on experience with the ForgeRock Identity Platform, including Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG).
  • IAM Protocols & Concepts: Strong understanding of IAM principles and protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC, as well as directory services (LDAP).
  • Incident & Ticket Management: Proficient in using incident and ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Monitoring & Log Analysis: Familiarity with system monitoring tools and log analysis techniques.
  • Scripting: Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and process improvement.
  • Documentation: Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Experienced in coordinating configuration and code changes with IDP engineering teams and other application teams.
  • Deployment Support: Knowledgeable in supporting deployments to staging and production environments.
