Role: SAP S/4HANA Retail Architect

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite 2 days/week)

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Retail Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Retail Transformation initiative. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that will directly impact the modernization of our client's retail systems and processes.

As the Retail Architect, you will shape the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Retail modules, aligning business needs with cutting-edge SAP solutions. You will play a critical role in driving digital innovation across core retail functions - including merchandising, supply chain, inventory, and omnichannel experiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail architecture and solution design

  • Strong understanding of core retail processes (merchandising, inventory, pricing, etc.)

  • Prior experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a retail setting

  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in hybrid environments with onsite and offshore teams

  • SAP certifications in Retail or Architecture disciplines (preferred).
