Job Description/ Responsibilities
M365 Copilot Architect Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct root-cause analysis for unresolved issues.
Collaborate with Microsoft to support advanced problem resolution.
Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
Implement performance enhancements and optimizations.
Ensure system scalability and stability.
Regularly update and patch systems to maintain security and functionality.
Conduct thorough testing before deploying new features or updates.
Develop strategies for futureproofing the technology.
Provide input for the CoPilot related communications to the Northern Trust team.
Provide best practices, tips and tricks and assistance in prompt engineering for the use cases to improve CoPilot adoption
Utilize the Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard and manage the same such as user access and permissions.
Monitor the adoption and license rate of active Copilot users
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard as required by various stakeholders.
