S2P Consultant (Project):

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented SAP S2P Finance Consultant with a proven track record of success in implementing and supporting SAP Procure-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, including direct procurement.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP S2P, particularly within the Finance modules (FI/CO) and integration with Materials Management (MM).
• This role will involve leading and contributing to full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects, with a strong focus on direct procurement processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in all phases of SAP S2P implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Deep understanding and configuration experience in SAP FI/CO modules related to S2P processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, vendor master data, and reporting.
• Extensive experience with direct procurement processes, including sourcing, purchase requisitioning, purchase order processing, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment.
• Expertise in integrating SAP MM with FI/CO for seamless S2P flow.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices related to procurement and payables.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S2P functionalities and industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants.
• Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development (Preferred).

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in SAP S2P implementations and support.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP FI/CO and MM modules.
• Proven experience in direct procurement processes and configurations.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP MM and FI/CO.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
