SAP Release/Cutover/Project Manager

LA Metro, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Plus Months

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Cutover Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end cutover process for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition from the legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, minimizing business disruption and ensuring operational readiness on Day One.
Responsibilities:
Cutover Planning & Strategy
Develop the overall cutover strategy, approach, and detailed cutover plan in alignment with the project s timeline and objectives.
Coordinate with business, IT, and external partners to identify cutover scope, dependencies, and critical path activities.
Establish governance and reporting mechanisms for cutover readiness.
Cutover Execution
Lead and oversee all cutover activities including data migration, technical deployments, configuration transport, and system validation.
Manage mock cutover rehearsals to validate the plan, refine timings, and mitigate risks.
Coordinate hyper care readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
