Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead to manage the full lifecycle of ClaimCenter implementations. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, ensure smooth configuration/integration, and drive system enhancements while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation & support of Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Collaborate with BAs to translate requirements into solutions
  • Oversee integration, configuration, and testing efforts
  • Mentor developers & enforce coding best practices
  • Ensure project quality, timeliness, and budget alignment

Required Skills:

  • 9 years IT experience, 5+ in ClaimCenter
  • Exp in Java, GOSU, XML, SQL, SOAP/REST
  • Exp in Guidewire Studio, Agile leadership
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills

Preferred:

  • Guidewire certifications
  • AWS or GWCP experience
  • CI/CD & DevOps knowledge
  • Insurance domain expertise
