Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead to manage the full lifecycle of ClaimCenter implementations. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, ensure smooth configuration/integration, and drive system enhancements while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation & support of Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Collaborate with BAs to translate requirements into solutions
- Oversee integration, configuration, and testing efforts
- Mentor developers & enforce coding best practices
- Ensure project quality, timeliness, and budget alignment
Required Skills:
- 9 years IT experience, 5+ in ClaimCenter
- Exp in Java, GOSU, XML, SQL, SOAP/REST
- Exp in Guidewire Studio, Agile leadership
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Preferred:
- Guidewire certifications
- AWS or GWCP experience
- CI/CD & DevOps knowledge
- Insurance domain expertise
