Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced systems and technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and manage systems using Cisco and Citrix technologies to ensure seamless operations.
Design and implement cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS and other cloud platforms to meet organizational needs.
Maintain and optimize Active Directory environments, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
Automate processes to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery systems to safeguard data integrity.
Collaborate with teams to conduct AB testing and performance evaluations to improve systems.
Deploy and maintain Dell EMC and Dell technologies to support infrastructure requirements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent functionality.
Provide technical support and guidance to teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
Document system configurations and processes for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies in a setting requiring attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, and their implementation.
Expertise in Active Directory management and optimization.
Proficiency in automation tools and techniques to streamline workflows.
Familiarity with Dell EMC and Dell technologies for infrastructure support.
Solid understanding of backup systems and disaster recovery processes.
Experience conducting AB testing and analyzing system performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
