Job Description
Will work on Fixing, Migrating and Enhancing S/w on Linux Based Embedded PC (for 3A, 3AB, 3A Short AGVs)
- Strong proficiency with Linux, especially in embedded contexts (Ubuntu 18 & 24 or higher).
- Extensive experience in C++, development of GUIs in Qt5, and familiarity with Qt signal/slot, threading, and UI event handling.
- Solid background in network programming (sockets), familiarity with serial digital I/O, and dual NIC communication setups.
- Proven experience with multi-threading, concurrency control, and synchronization mechanisms.
- Experience containerizing applications, ideally using Docker or similar toolchains.
- Knowledge of AGV systems, motion control, or material handling is a strong advantage.
- Experience with middleware or fleet orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to work autonomously.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience migrating across Ubuntu versions or substantial Linux distributions.
- Prior work with AGV/AMR systems in industrial automation or logistics.
- Familiarity with WiFi, PLC communication, or robotic systems integration
- Comfortable working in agile teams, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing in embedded environments.
