Role: Data Analyst

Location: Jefferson City, Missouri (Onsite)

Note: Only on W2 (Locals are Highly Preferred)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Data Analyst to support a large-scale CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365 CRM). The candidate will be responsible for data profiling, mapping, cleansing, and validation activities throughout the migration lifecycle. This role is part of a data-sensitive CRM migration for a banking sector client, where maintaining data accuracy, auditability, and adherence to regulatory guidelines is critical throughout the migration lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive data profiling across Salesforce objects to assess data quality and migration readiness.

Assist in defining data mapping logic between Salesforce and D365 CRM entities.

Collaborate with Business Analyst and Developer to validate transformation rules and field-level mappings.

Support ETL development teams with test cases and reconciliation scripts.

Perform pre- and post-migration data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Generate reports, dashboards, and extracts to support business reviews and cutover planning.

Document data lineage, exceptions, and cleansing decisions.

Identify data anomalies, duplicates, and gaps that may impact migration.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, ETL validation, or CRM data migration.

Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data profiling tools.

Experience with data mapping and validation in large-scale migration projects.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
