RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Director, HR Shared Services & Leaves Administration
Responsibilities:
* Build and scale a high-performing HR Shared Services function
* The Director of HR Systems will lead operational strategy, process improvement, and service delivery across Tier 0-3 support models
* Oversee Leaves Administration and site activation teams
* Manage HR tech stack: Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, ADP, WFS
* Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems and self-service tools
* Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports
* Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture
* Drive performance, training, and continuous improvement
* The Director of HR Systems will manage external global consulting recruitment vendors
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and performance standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 10+ years of experience in HR; 5+ years in HR leadership
* Expertise in HR operations, leave management, and shared services
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, and ADP
* Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills
* Knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and compliance best practices preferred
*Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
