Job Title: Marketing Manager III
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote - Open to candidates in Seattle, DC, NY, LA
Contract: W2; 10-month contract (possibility of extension or conversion)
Client: Fortune 10 Company
Pay Range: $55 to $65/hr

Description: Responsibilities/Duties:
* Own event production management on a number of workflows for events, including pre-production logistics planning, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap up.
* Contribute to creative ideation around experiential activations and customer engagement.
* Contribute to the development of project plans, and manage deliverables and timelines associated with event plan.
* Track, collect, and report on event metrics, and analyze program elements for effectiveness to measure success and YoY improvement recommendations.
* Communicate and collaborate with internal cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
* Work with 3rd party event agencies, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, or other field.
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
* 5-7+ years of professional non-internship marketing event experience
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work across time zones.
* Experience developing and managing digital projects such as devent invites, event landing pages, online banners, event registration and email copy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing relationships with team members, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Email coordination, event coordination, experiential event production, complex project management (optional)

Preferred qualifications
* 4+ years of experience creating event-specific messaging, and audience acquisition plans
* Background with technology industry or global consumer brand.
* Experience in the advertising industry, and/or online advertising.
* Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
* Ability to simplify complex processes to create internal and external efficiencies.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously.

Travel: across the US and could be to Europe (TBD). Travel once every couple months potentially for a couple days at a time (4 days).
