Job Role: ServiceNow GRC Solution Architect
Location:
Remote
Duration: 12+ months

We are seeking a ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, and to industry best practices and out of box configurations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ServiceNow GRC modules, and demonstrate strong architectural and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions tailored to business and compliance needs.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and solution roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of ServiceNow GRC implementations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation within GRC processes.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback. Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, including compliance with organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution architecture or GRC implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Service Now GRC modules and platform capabilities.
  • Experience in systems thinking and problem-solving in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Technical Architect certification
  • Experience in managing operations aligned with organizational vision.
  • Ability to identify trends and validate client outcomes using analytics.
  • Experience in process automation and operational productivity improvements.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management frameworks.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
