Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Legal) to ensure all integration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&A integration, escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager, successfully leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
Demonstrable experience in managing company acquisitions or post-merger integration projects is highly desirable and a significant advantage.
Direct experience within the commercial laundry services, uniform rental, or garment manufacturing/distribution industry is highly preferred. Candidates without direct industry experience
