We re Hiring: Salesforce Mid Senior Developer (Remote, U.S. Citizenship is contractually required for this role)

Are you passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions that transform patient and provider experiences? Join our team as a Salesforce Mid Senior Developer, where you ll leverage Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud to modernize healthcare solutions and enable seamless integrations across AWS and EHR platforms.

What You ll Do

Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows.

  • Build Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, and partners.

  • Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified access and intelligent workflows.

  • Configure Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business needs.

  • Support contact center modernization with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice integrations.

Integrations & Data

  • Build and maintain API-driven integrations with AWS (S3, Redshift, Lambda, SQL DBs) and enterprise systems.

  • Implement EHR interoperability with FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange patterns.

  • Collaborate with data teams to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for real-time insights.

Testing, Deployment & Governance

  • Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines with SFDX, Jenkins, Flosum, or Copado.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise coding standards, HIPAA, and Salesforce governance policies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with solution architects, analysts, UX designers, and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered solutions.

  • Contribute to design workshops, sprint planning, and release cycles.

AI & Emerging Tech

  • Implement generative and agentic AI solutions with Salesforce Agentforce and AWS-native services.

  • Explore AI-driven automation for workflow optimization and personalization.

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of Salesforce development experience (healthcare/enterprise preferred)
Proven expertise in:

  • Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  • Apex, LWCs, Flows, Agentforce, and Data Cloud

  • Building Experience Cloud portals

  • API integrations with AWS and third-party systems

  • EHR integrations (FHIR, HL7, Epic, Cerner)

Certifications (Required):

  • Platform Developer I/II

  • Experience Cloud Consultant

  • Health Cloud Specialist

Experience with DevOps tools (Flosum, Copado, or SFDX/Jenkins)
Exposure to AI in Salesforce solutions
