As an Electrician Technician, your role, in the bigger picture, is to manage the preventative and predictive maintenance to improve the functionality and safe working order of our manufacturing equipment and machinery. You will handle projects that span the electrical, mechanical and automation maintenance challenges.   • Troubleshoot, repair and PM all electrical equipment in the factory safely.
  • Meets all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
  • Use basic diagnostic equipment including volt/ohm meter, wiggie, ammeter and megger.
  • Install conduit, raceways, fittings, etc.
  • Design, program and troubleshoot plant programmable logic controllers, input/output devices and associated equipment.
  • Applied knowledge of single phase and (3) phase electrical power, basic PLC programming and ability to diagnosis and repair electrical circuits in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and back shifts as required.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years industrial electronics or related electrical experience

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.14/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
