This company located in the Philly suburbs is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry. They have an innovative, web-based software that streamlines practice management and electronic health records (EHR) for behavioral health professionals. Seamless scheduling, billing, telehealth, and documentation - all designed to empower clinicians and practice managers to focus on what truly matters - patient care.

They are looking for a QA Manager who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment to oversee and lead their team of 8 QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring and coaching in an Agile environment to continue pushing the envelope in technology and meeting company goals. Full-time role, hybrid 3 days a week in their office in Warminster, PA.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years in engineering, preferably QA/Automation
  • 3+ years in a lead or management role
  • Strong understanding of automation and implementing automation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SDLC testing, design, and Agile best practices
  • Experience with scripting in C# or Java
  • Experience with API and Load Testing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement in environments, processes, employee and team performance, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills to training, motivating, mentoring, and developing team skills and standards
  • Experience with end to end testing
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related
