Role: Senior AI/ML Architect

Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions, focusing on unsupervised learning, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and outlier detection. Own the end-to-end architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead ML workflows using Azure ML and Python.
• Design clustering and outlier detection models on multi-source data.
• Guide dimensionality reduction techniques (e.g., PCA, t-SNE).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into ML solutions.
• Mentor the team and ensure best practices in model development and deployment.

Experience:

• Total: 8+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI roles
• Relevant: 4+ years in unsupervised learning and Azure ML-based solutions
• Leadership: 2+ years in leading AI/ML teams or projects

Tools & Technologies:

• Cloud: Azure ML, Azure Synapse Analytics
• Languages: Python
• Libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, Seaborn, Numpy
• Visualization: Jupyter Dashboards, Power BI
• Versioning & Collaboration: Git, Azure DevOps

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $79,000

Pay Range Maximum: $161,700

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
