About the Role

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical professional to join our Wealth Management team. The Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support performance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring wealth management reports (performance, risk, compliance, and financial metrics)
  • Partner with advisors and leadership to provide data insights that drive client strategies and business decisions
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data across multiple systems and platforms
  • Support regulatory and audit requirements with clear documentation and reporting packages
  • Monitor portfolio performance and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards using Addepar and other portfolio management tools
  • Support tax planning by preparing taxefficient portfolio reports, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/visualization tools
  • Knowledge of wealth management products, investment vehicles, and financial markets is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Clear communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM or portfolio management systems preferred
  • Understanding of tax planning concepts and their impact on portfolio management is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, wealth management, or investment analysis
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards in financial services
  • Prior experience in a clientfocused or advisory environment is a plus
