Duration: Contract


Pay: $30/$36/hour


Location: Based in Beatty; required to travel to multiple sites (Downtown, North Bullfrog).


Onsite 5 days per week.


Summary


The Endpoint Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and lifecycle management for end-user devices across multiple locations. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and reliable technology experience for employees, including leadership, through effective troubleshooting, device provisioning, and customer-focused service. The position requires hands-on expertise with Windows, Apple, and mobile platforms, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities



  • Provide daily technical support for endpoint devices, including Windows laptops, Apple devices, mobile phones, tablets, and printers

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely

  • Manage support requests through an IT service management system while meeting established service level agreements

  • Monitor ticket queues and take initiative on unassigned or aging requests

  • Configure and deploy Windows devices using automated provisioning tools

  • Enroll and manage mobile devices through a centralized mobile device management platform

  • Deliver professional, customer-focused support to users with varying technical skill levels

  • Offer specialized technical assistance to senior leaders when required

  • Support users through remote collaboration and support tools

  • Assist with Microsoft productivity applications and related workplace software

  • Coordinate with IT team members to ensure consistent service delivery across locations



Skills



  • 5+ years of experience supporting endpoint devices in an enterprise environment

  • Must be willing to travel to other Beatty locations (downtown Beatty, North bullfrog)

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Dell hardware, and iOS devices

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) and Windows Autopilot

  • Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office and related productivity tools

  • Experience working within ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems (SysAid or similar)

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to work independently in onsite environments and collaborate with remote teams
