Description:
As an HR Senior Product Analyst within the HR IT Systems Group, you will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our vendor management and external workforce systems, with a specific focus on SAP Fieldglass. You'll act as a functional expert, working with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement system solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.

You will support Fieldglass configuration and integrations, handle enhancement requests, and help manage the system lifecycle from planning and requirements through testing and deployment. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, IT colleagues, and HR stakeholders globally to continuously improve Fieldglass' ability to meet evolving business needs in external workforce management.

You will also contribute to the strategic roadmap for Fieldglass, enabling more effective engagement of contingent labor and services procurement while enhancing user satisfaction and data-driven insights.

** Remote | UK based hours **

Pay rate: $60-$70

Responsibilities:
In this global role, you will work with stakeholders, team members, and customers around the world. You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong focus on stakeholder needs and user experience.

Partnering with business teams to gather and translate requirements into actionable SAP Fieldglass configurations

Analyzing system usage, user feedback, and process efficiencies to identify improvements and optimizations

Supporting the Fieldglass Product Owner in planning and delivering system enhancements and upgrades

Managing and prioritizing backlog items using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery through agile sprint cycles

Acting as the voice of the customer and advocating for enhancements that improve external workforce management and compliance

Demonstrating strong critical thinking skills when evaluating the broader impacts of system changes

Ensuring the integrity and operational effectiveness of SAP Fieldglass from both functional and technical perspectives

Staying up to date with SAP Fieldglass trends, releases, and best practices to recommend future improvements

Experience Requirements:
Other members of the HR IT team, including SAP and Workday support teams

Global HR stakeholders managing contingent labor and vendor relationships

Agile delivery teams, including developers, QA, product owners, and change managers

External partners and technical teams supporting SAP Fieldglass integrations

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
