Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking and payment systems and handson experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical solutions ensuring successful delivery of banking and payment related projects leveraging Dynamics 365
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field Experience
- Must have a 5+years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain
- Good Experience and 3+years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Customer Engagement
- Strong understanding of payment systems card processing and banking operations
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps API integrations data migration and SQL Soft Skills
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools Jira Azure DevOps Knowledge of ISO 20022 SWIFT and ACH payment standards
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365"
