Job Details


We are seeking a skilled HP NonStop (Tandem) professional with strong experience in Connex Switch development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in CED database, TAL/TACL programming, and HP NonStop utilities, with a solid understanding of the payment switch domain and EFT transaction processing.


Top Technical Requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience with Connex Switch (Mandatory)

  2. Expertise in CED database

  3. Strong programming skills in TAL and TACL



Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in HP NonStop utilities like Enscribe, Pathway, FUP, INSPECT, DDL, Enform, Batchcom

  • Experience with Connex utilities such as LOGSCAN, AUDTSCAN, NMI, and CED

  • In-depth knowledge of payment switch systems (debit card transactions)

  • Good understanding of HSMs and other security modules

  • Familiarity with ISO 8583 message types and EFT fundamentals

  • Experience with scheme compliance (e.g., MasterCard, VISA)

  • Exposure to Base24 Classic is a plus

  • Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills for production support

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and structured analysis/design methodologies

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
