Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Position Type: Permanent / Full Time
Location: Atlanta, GA 30326 (100% Onsite Role)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

Dress Code: Business Casual (No jeans)

Primary Skills: IT Support end user support experience. Experience with phone, cable, new user setup, email, etc

Description:

One of our clients is looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer who is reliable, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people solve their technology issues. In this 100% onsite role, you will be the first point of contact for over 550 end users, providing hands-on support across a variety of technologies.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong service mindset and a solid foundation in IT support, looking to grow in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Assist with basic phone, workstation, email, printers, TV, and cable troubleshooting.
  • Set up and configure new user workstations, accounts, and access permissions.
  • Monitor and respond to workstation issues and performance alerts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common email and printer issues.
  • Log and track all support requests using the IT ticketing system (ConnectWise).
  • Escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Support IT inventory and equipment tracking efforts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a helpful, professional attitude.

What We re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience or relevant coursework.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and office equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email clients, and Windows environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support role.
