This is a Remote position.
- 8+ years of experience in animal diagnostics, veterinary laboratory management, or LIMS-related solutions.
- 2+ Years managing a division or area of or being the director of a state vets animal diagnostic lab.
- Strong understanding of LIMS applications and their role in animal diagnostic lab / animal research settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead demonstrations and influence decision-makers.
- Amplitude to assist software development teams by translating customer needs into product requirements.
- Limited travel is required as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and internal collaborations.
- Previous experience in a leadership or director-level role within the diagnostics or laboratory software industry.
