Job Details

Our client is looking for a Tech Lounge Specialist for a 3-month contract in Chicago, IL 60661.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • A+ Certification
  • Microsoft MCP Certification
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience (walk-up, customer-facing IT experience)
What You Will Be Doing
  • Support and facilitate events in partnership with the internal event and webcast team and external vendors.
  • Provide support for basic network and AV connectivity issues.
  • Provide telepresence support when requested during conference center hours.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences and be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Ability to multitask, manage client relationships, and expectations.
