Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Staff Experience Designer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities :
  • Design simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences powered by generative AI, driving step-change improvements to users' document workflows.
  • Work with product managers, researchers, engineers, and executive collaborators to establish and agree on design direction.
  • Craft design artifacts at all levels of fidelity & including journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups & to articulate ideas and solutions.
  • Partner with our research team to validate designs through user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops.
  • Participate in developing the Acrobat GenAI design strategy to maintain a user-friendly experience across various features.
  • Leverage and contribute to design systems and patterns to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Work independently, manage your own design priorities, and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.


Skills :
  • Expertise in solving complex, multi-layered design problems using systems thinking.
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design roles, with a proven track record delivering impactful, user-centered solutions.
  • Ability to lead and influence within a cross-functional environment, bringing strong strategic and tactical design skills.
  • Experience crafting for complex technical products is a strong plus.
  • Highly skilled with Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, able to advocate for users and design principles with diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving product spaces.
  • Passion for generative AI, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional user experiences.
