Description

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Systems Designer to develop innovative and engaging learning modules for a consumer-facing online banking platform. This is a Contract position based in Winston Salem, North Carolina, offering the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to cutting-edge training solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging AI technologies and instructional design tools to create impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
Create and implement comprehensive learning modules tailored to an online banking platform.
Utilize AI technologies to enhance the effectiveness and personalization of instructional materials.
Design and develop interactive content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training modules align with business and consumer needs.
Optimize instructional materials for digital delivery and accessibility.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and propose solutions.
Integrate multimedia elements to improve learner engagement and retention.
Test and refine learning modules to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
Maintain consistency in branding and instructional standards across all content.
Provide regular updates on project progress and address feedback effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in instructional design, particularly for digital platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
Strong understanding of instructional systems design principles and methodologies.
Experience in utilizing AI technologies for educational purposes.
Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for digital learning.
