Business Analyst
The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support operational needs. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and IT systems, with responsibility for analyzing operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into functional specifications. The Business Analyst plays a key role in process redesign, system implementation, and driving alignment between business goals and technology capabilities.
Responsibilities
Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation and improvement.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams.
Support business process redesign and documentation for new technology implementations.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT, negotiating agreements and commitments through project delivery.
Provide insights on technological trends and recommend solutions that enhance business performance, including build vs. buy decisions.
Educate IT teams on business priorities and direction to ensure alignment in solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of relevant business or technical experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to understand both business operations and IT systems.
Familiarity with business process improvement and requirements
