DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to work with one of our direct clients in Sacramento, CA.

Job Details:



Job Title: Data Analyst (Part time)

Duration: 24 weeks

Location: 6201 S Street. Sacramento, CA 95817 (Onsite)

Note- 18 hrs. per week for around 24 weeks



Essential Tasks:

Process development for Conference room booking

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to draft conference room booking process (end to end)
  • Identify / document opportunities to improve the conference room booking process
  • Develop business requirements for conference room booking technology
  • Develop conference room booking tools for technology (i.e. conference room library)
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to test sandbox versions of new conference booking tools

CMMS data analytics and quality assurance

  • Coordinate with subject gather experts to gather data from CMMS data tables
  • Review data and identify opportunities to increase data quality within the CMMS tool
  • Review opportunities with subject matter experts for input
  • Communicate anticipated changes with stakeholders
  • Based on input, refine data tables for uploading into the CMMS tool

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Power BI, CSS, SQL, Data Analysis, Web Development, Microsoft Office, Leadership, Stakeholder Communication, Project Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  2. Support process development and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data analytics and quality assurance.
