Job Details

Title: ServiceNow/Discovery/SACM Architect & Lead SPM Developer.
Location: Charlotte, NC, 3 days a week onsite from Charlotte, NC office.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract.

Local is preferred, bit nonlocal should be fine.

 

Discovery/SACM Architect -

  • Desc: Assist with solution design and providing technical recommendations for business solutions in the SACM/Discovery space
  • Expert in ServiceNow Discovery, especially Cloud discovery, CSDM/CDMB. Extensive Experience in Cloud Concepts including hardware/software discovery.

 

Lead SPM Developer -

  • ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
  • Architect, Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
  • Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms)
  • Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
  • Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
  • Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation
  • Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
  • Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization
