Baer is looking for Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) Implementation Manager - Regional Project Lead for a 3+ month remote project
Title: Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) Implementation Manager - Regional Project Lead
Location: Remote with travel to dealership locations in the US
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2
Description:
- Guide, mentor, and support multiple Business Solutions Analysts throughout regional implementations.
- Set realistic timelines, manage deliverables, and align expectations with dealership executives.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealership stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with OEM staff, product, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations, particularly in accounting and sales workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation lead roles, ideally within SaaS or dealership technology environments.
- Proven ability to train, lead, and manage implementation consultants.
- Experience working closely with OEM regional staff and cross-functional internal teams.
- Skilled in guiding dealerships through digital transformation and managing organizational change.
