Job Title: Kinaxis RapidResponse Developer (3 Openings)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-Based)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
Requirement: Should be eligible for Security Clearance: Federal Contracting Regulations
Onboarding Timeline: Please allow approximately 6 weeks from offer acceptance to start date (due to project clearance requirements).
Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Developers to support a large-scale digital transformation within the Aerospace & Defense supply chain domain. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical systems supporting manufacturing, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
As part of the supply chain IT team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Kinaxis solutions integrated with SAP ECC. You ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse to support dynamic supply chain operations.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC and other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics within Kinaxis to enable informed decision-making.
Provide ongoing support including break/fix, enhancements, and end-user troubleshooting.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize system adoption.
Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management and Kinaxis.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in system design, performance, and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
Strong background in IT Supply Chain systems and processes
Experience integrating Kinaxis within an SAP ECC environment
Experience working in or supporting Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data modeling, custom analytics, and scenario modeling in Kinaxis
Experience in system integration between ERP and supply chain planning tools
Prior experience working in a highly secure, compliance-driven environment
Additional Information:
Occasional quarterly travel may be required to project sites in Arizona, Connecticut, or Texas (travel costs covered).
Candidates must be open to potential full-time conversion after the contract period, depending on performance and business need.
