Job Description
This is a Level 3 (L3) support role focused on managing and maintaining the Unified Communications (UC) collaboration environment. The analyst acts as a technical SME for platforms like Microsoft Teams, Skype, Matter most, and Symphony, handling critical escalations, production changes, and infrastructure deployments. The role blends application support, incident/problem/change management, and cross-team collaboration in a high-pressure enterprise setting
Required Skills
- 2 4+ years with Microsoft UC tools (Teams, Skype), 3+ years with Matter most and Symphony
- 2+ years with PowerShell or Python for automation and diagnostics
- Strong experience with performance monitoring and root cause analysis
- Solid understanding of AD, SQL, Linux, networking, and telephony
- Familiarity with incident/change/problem management, ideally with ITIL certification
- Excellent verbal/written skills and ability to interface with vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, etc.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
