Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Administrator to manage, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments across the organization.
  • This role will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of our CRM system while supporting business users and collaborating with IT and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments (on-premises and/or cloud).
  • Manage user roles, security settings, workflows, and access permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Handle CRM system updates, patches, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and implement CRM customizations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and support tasks.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support.
  • Ensure data integrity and assist with data import/export and cleansing tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers and solution architects for enhancements and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 administration.
  • Proficient in CRM security, customizations, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and third-party add-ons.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, CRM Customization and Configuration) are a plus.
