Client is a leader in subsurface energy transition projects, CO storage, geothermal, hydrogen, EOR, and critical minerals. Manages cutting-edge federal and commercial energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage federal grants and commercial energy projects end-to-end
- Develop and lead project proposals (DOE grants & commercial scopes)
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and reporting
- Coordinate field operations (Well drilling, completions)
- Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Support data management and continuous process improvement
- Guide proposal development including community engagement and planning
- Contribute to business development and PMO process building
- Mentor junior team members on PM principles
Requirements:
- 15+ years in upstream oil & gas or energy transition
- Strong federal project experience (DOE, etc.)
- Experience with field operations to include seismic acquisition, well drilling and completion operations.
- Must be able to travel to customer locations, to professional conferences, and to field locations.
- Travel will be required (~25%).
