Agile Scrum Master, Agile Tools, Bank of America Former, System Testing; CLT

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with execution of critical enterprise-wide projects that impact multiple lines of business and are customer facing
• Manage/Coordinate BA activities with specific focus on testing changes
• Balance soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, milestone delivery to a tight plan and costs with an emphasis on soft skills
• Identify and establish project milestones, work with the technical team to build out the WBS, identify tasks and timelines
• Define and evaluate problems and plans effective solutions
• Able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule
• Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives
• Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders
• Build relationships with the CTO Group (Technical Infrastructure), GIS, Lines of Business, and management of those groups

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in the field of Business or Technology with 5-7 years direct work experience with Enterprise Wide project management capacity with Fortune 50 companies or similar large institutions, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
• Self-motivated and quick-learner who can take the full ownership of assignments/projects and hit the ground running
• Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong experience with Agile/waterfall methodologies
• Excellent written (PowerPoint) and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential issues quickly with little to no impact to the team or the project since its critical is get past roadblocks (Corporate Process)
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Testing Experience
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of processing systems

Pay range: $36.18 - $44.18
