Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Department: IT Business Office, ITAM

Location: Remote (EST Time Zone candidates ONLY)

Reports To: Manager, IT Asset Management

Min Experience Required: 3 4 years

 

Position Summary

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator with 3 4 years of experience to support the procurement and purchasing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase requests, vendor communications, and supply chain coordination. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who is eager to grow within procurement operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement process from purchase requisition through to order completion and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are clear, complete, and properly approved.
  • Create and issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and ensure PO accuracy.
  • Track deliveries and vendor lead times and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, communications, and data management.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, supplier records, and order histories.
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to support invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.
  • Support procurement reporting, data entry, and basic analytics to monitor supplier performance and spend trends.
  • Help enforce procurement policies and compliance with internal controls.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related.
  • 3 4 years of experience in procurement coordination, purchasing, or supply chain administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or eProcurement systems (e.g., Google, Oracle, Adobe, CDW).
  • Experience in the entertainment or gaming domain.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency with speaking Spanish a plus.
